 Your Panera Card may only be used for making purchases at participating Panera Bread bakery cafes.  The Panera Card may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Panera Card.  No cash will be given as change from Panera Card purchases except as required by law.  This Panera Card is valid only if obtained in an authorized  transaction as determined by Panera in its sole discretion. It is not valid if obtained by unauthorized channels, including, Internet auction sites.  The value on this Panera Card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Use of this Panera Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
