How do I send my personalized Gift Announcement to my recipient?

You make your selection on the order page to have your personal Gift Announcement mailed via USPS regular mail, E-mailed or printed right from our site if you need it immediately. You can print your certificate at anytime...even before you place your order. Simply click on the link “print your certificate” link in the middle of the homepage.

When does the first delivery month begin?

You choose when you would like the first delivery to begin by making your selection on the order page. Order by the 25th of the month for same month delivery. For all memberships, your first delivery will start the third or fourth week of your selected month and will continue for consecutive, alternate, or quarterly (your decision) months until the membership ends.

All gifts are delivered by the end of every month, except for December when gifts are delivered in time for Christmas (usually delivered any time from Dec 17th to Dec 24th w/cut-off order date of Dec 15th). You can always have your Gift Announcement sent at any time prior to the first gift via regular mail or email to announce the gift and your personal message. You can also print it from our website if you need it immediately. Perfect for the last minute gift. Make your selection on the order page.

What if my recipient moves?

You or your recipient can simply notify us in advance of their new location and we will make the remaining deliveries to that new address. You can change your address as many times as you'd like. Please keep this in mind when your recipient plans to be away for an extended period of time. We accommodate vacationers and snow birds with multiple addresses.

Does the membership renew automatically?

No...We will never renew your membership automatically. If you'd like to renew or continue a membership, please call our toll free number and we can do that for you.

Can I select specific months that I would like the deliveries made?

You can select the start month and our deliveries begin from there. You have the option of alternate or consecutive month deliveries or quarterly deliveries. Simply make your selection on the order page. If you need special accommodations because of vacations or other circumstances, please contact our office directly and we will be happy to assist.

Is there an expiration date on any of the Gift Cards you offer?

No...there is no expiration date on any of the cards we offer, including our own ClubsGalore Gift Card.

What if my gift does not arrive?

You can call our office or email if your gift has not arrived by the 1st day of the next month. We can verify your order, your shipping information and track your package. We ask that you please wait until the month is over before contacting us as it can be delivered up to the very last day.

If there is a shipping problem, we will resolve it as quickly as possible. We must be notified of missing gifts within 30 days of the last day of the month it is expected.

Does someone have to be home to sign for the deliveries?

No. The package can be left at the door if no one answers on all clubs except for Alcohol
PLEASE NOTE: These are the only clubs that require a signature which needs to be signed by someone 21 or older for any of our Alcohol Clubs (Bourbon, Scotch, Vodka, Wine)

What if I am not home to sign for my alcohol delivery?

It is important that the shipping address provided is an address that someone is available to sign for these packages. If you are not at home, a door tag will be left notifying you of the delivery attempt. There will be three attempts before a package is returned. You can usually contact the carrier within these three attempts and arrange for pickup if necessary. If your package is returned to us, you will be added to the next month’s shipment schedule. Please notify us if you plan to be away and we can hold shipments so we can avoid any delay of your gift

What if I am not satisfied with the gifts? is so sure your recipients will love their specialty food or beverage gift. However, if for any reason, they are not satisfied, please call us and we'll do everything we can to make it right. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a refund for the remaining deliveries as well as the gift that you were not satisfied with. No questions asked. (Must contact us within 30 days of the delivery of the gift in question.)

If you selected any special expedited shipping, that shipping portion of your bill is non-refundable.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Not at this time. We can only deliver to the United States excluding AK and HI. Also, for our Alcohol and Plant Clubs, there are several states we cannot ship to as well. (See the specific club for details)

How do you ship?

Depending on the clubs and your recipient’s location, we use Fedex, UPS, and USPS for our deliveries.

Can I make specific requests to accommodate flavor preferences, allergies, or dietary concerns?

Unfortunately, we cannot make specific individual accommodations. Our Clubs Galore team makes selections each month for each club in its entirety and although we would love to accommodate all our individual customer needs and preferences, we cannot at this time. Please note: Tea and coffee clubs cannot be ordered in decaf.

How does the Gift Card Club work?

You are purchasing a gift card, in the amount you select, for the stores or restaurants you specify. Your recipient will use their gift card at the stores or restaurants as they usually would with any gift card. It is the actual gift card if you were to buy it from the store yourself. All gift cards are sent out via USPS at the end of the month and we'll send your personal message each month along with the Gift Card. Please note: Your selections may not necessarily be sent in any particular order.

How does the variety club work?

Can’t decide on one club? You have the option of selecting any number of clubs and any number of months (there is a 3 month minimum). Your recipient can receive a variety of different clubs.

Do you include a gift message with each delivery?

Yes. Every month we include a note with the sender's name(s) and your personal message. They will think of you every time they receive their gift.

Do you send a variety of items?

Yes. We select different items each month and members will not receive repeat gifts in their club membership.
