When does the first delivery month begin?

[You choose when you would like the first delivery to begin by making your selection on the order form.  For all Memberships, your first delivery will start on your selected month and will continue for consecutive or alternate (your decision) months until the membership ends. 

All deliveries are scheduled to be shipped at the very end of each month.  Orders must be received by the 24th of the month to have a delivery for that month, otherwise they will be shipped the following month.  You can have your certificate sent immediately at anytime to announce the gift and your personal message. Make your selection on the order form. ]

What if my recipient moves?

[You or your recipient can simply notify us of their new location and we will make the remaining deliveries to that new address.]

Does someone have to be home to sign for the deliveries?

[No. Fedex will ring the bell and if no one answers they will leave the package at the door.]
Please note: The only club that requires a signature is the Wine Club.

Can I select specific months that I would like the deliveries made?

[You can select specific months for the Menus & Music and Recipe Card Clubs only. All others, you can only select the start month and our deliveries begin from there. However, you have the option of alternate month or consecutive month deliveries. Simply make your selection on the order form.]

What if I am not satisfied with the gifts?

[ClubsGalore.com is so sure your recipient's will love their gift. However, if for any reason,
they are not satisfied, you can cancel at anytime and receive a full refund for the remaining deliveries.
No questions asked.]

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

[No. We can only deliver to the United States. Sorry, we cannot ship to AK or HI.  Also, for the wine of the month club, there are several states we cannot ship to as well. See our Wine Club for details]

How does the Gift Card Club work?

[You are purchasing a gift card, in the amount you select, for the stores or restaurants you specify. Your recipient will use their gift card at the stores or restaurants as they usually would with any gift card. It is the actual gift card if you were to buy it from the store yourself.]

How do you ship the cakes?

[Our Signature Series Cakes are shipped in an insulated box with ice packs to keep them fresh. They are shipped overnight delivery.]

How do I send my personalized certificate to my recipient?

[You make your selection on the order form to have your personal certificate Mailed via USPS, E-mailed or printed right from our site for those last minute gifts. You can print your certificate at anytime. Even before you place your order. Simply click on the link "print certificates" from the top menu bar.

All deliveries are scheduled to be shipped anytime between the 15th and 25th of each month.]

How does the Gourmet Club work?

[3 to 4 Gourmet products are sent each month.  We will automatically choose one of the Themes to send for that month.  The Themes and products will change every month.]

[We have given you unlimited control of what you send each month to your recipient.  Simply select anyone of our many clubs that you would like to send for each month of the membership and we do the rest. Select your clubs here]

Do you include a gift message with each delivery?

[Yes. Every month we include a beautiful card along with the sender's name(s). They will think of you every time they receive their gift.]
